Panoramic Perspectives is a boutique consulting firm that helps contemporary organizations identify and implement operational improvements. We approach each organization and each problem from a systems perspective, meaning that we look at problem situations as the result of interactions among a constellation of factors including people, processes, technology, and information flows. This broad yet detailed view allows us to arrive at a more accurate diagnosis and to provide more comprehensive recommendations. The President and Founder, Julie Rennecker, RN, PhD (2001, MIT Sloan School of Management), is an organizational behaviorist specializing in the “people problems” associated with technology-related change, such as the selection and implementation of new technologies and the transition from fixed to flexible workplaces. Formerly an emergency room and cardiac nurse, she served on the Information Systems faculty and taught in the Executive Education program at Case Western Reserve University for five years before becoming a full-time consultant. Her research and consulting projects include work in the healthcare, high tech, automotive, construction, and energy industries.
